ToolVera is built to keep your content private. Most tools run entirely in your browser so text, passwords, and images do not need to leave your device.
ToolVera (“we”, “us”) provides free online micro-tools for text, developers, images, calculators, and productivity. This policy explains what information we process and why.
The majority of tools process input locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or inspect the text, files, or passwords you type into those tools unless a specific tool page clearly states that a network request is required.

When ads are enabled, third-party providers such as Google AdSense may set cookies and collect usage data according to their own policies. You can manage ad personalization through Google’s ad settings. Until ads are enabled on ToolVera, no ad network scripts are loaded for that purpose.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) solely to run the service, or when required by law.
Newsletter and contact records are kept while relevant to the purpose you submitted them for, or until you ask us to delete them. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer in anonymized form.
ToolVera is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
